PT is a language learning platform. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile picture. This data is used to identify you within the app and display your profile.

Study Progress

We store your study progress (card review history, scheduling state) so you can continue where you left off. This data is associated with your account.

Usage Telemetry

For users with telemetry enabled by an administrator, we collect anonymized usage events (page views, study session activity, timing data) to improve the learning experience. Telemetry is opt-in and controlled per-user. We do not collect the content of your answers or any raw text input.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie to maintain your sign-in session. This is a strictly necessary functional cookie. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can request account deletion by contacting the administrator.
